- Delivery address is outside our service area

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5) Delivery policy
We currently deliver only within our defined coverage area in and around McAllen, Texas.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand
- Someone 21+ with valid ID must receive alcohol deliveries
- If no eligible person is available, the order may be returned and a redelivery fee may apply
6) Pickup policy
For pickup orders:
- Bring your order confirmation
- Bring valid ID if your order includes alcohol
- Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be canceled
7) Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will replace or refund items if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is damaged
- The product is missing from your order
You must report issues within a reasonable time after delivery.
